I've been playing the Multiplayer Component of the Gears of War franchise since day one, on each game I have over a 3.0 K/D, with the majority of kills achieved with the Gnasher (the most skill requiring weapon). I'm having no problems on the Beta, why? Because I instantly adapted, those who call people skilless because they use the Sawed off need to get skills themselves, I use the Gnasher, having barely used the Sawed off, if somebody approaches with a sawed off I do the skilful thi...
Hopefully due to Battlefield 3 showing itself in all it's glory, Sledgehammer can keep strong to there word and develop a (Worthy) 95+ Scoring game. I haven't got a Call of Duty game since the original Modern Warfare, of which was great, I played each of the following titles and the only one I found decent was the second Modern Warfare, it had a decent FPS story and wasn't afraid to take risks ("No Russian" and killing off Roach and Ghost). But in complete honesty I don&...
What? The comparison between a CG Trailer and in-game Uncharted 2? I mean, come on! We all know Uncharted 3 doesn't look as good as the CG trailer from the gameplay already released.
Ha! I'm loving the PS3 Fanboy's being blind to the fact the trailer was CG. I mean, come on! Does the footage shown in the Multiplayer trailer or Jimmy Fallon Gameplay look anything like the announceent trailer? No. It barely looks better than Uncharted 2, in fact, it looks the same in my opinion, just with new fire effects.
If you want to read the opinions of someone who's been playing the Gears of War franchise since Day one (Me), check out my Blog Post, it's on the Home Page.
Thats not what I meant. I was refering to multiple poses or free style movement points whilst playing the Guitar. Perhaps showing your character/avatar moving onstage in the same manner, encouraging more movement.
+ Bubble, that Sir, was funny.
Whilst I HATE Live-Action Trailers, I suprisingly loved Timeshift's "Convenience Store Robbery" Trailer, despite it being somewhat Cheesy. Considering it was done in 2007, I thought the latter half was quite bloody good:

Being a Gears of War obsessive, I'm incredibley intrigued as to what the hell "Excile" is. I also want to see Hitman V, and, hopefully some new IP's...
I don't think it's that its easy to use, I just think its that people haven't adapted as to how to deal with those using it. I've been a Pro with the Gnasher since day one of the original Gears of War's release and was incredibley sceptical surrounding the idea of a second shotgun, but, its easily countered, by simply staying at a distance. And as for the people who rush, they're the ones with the Negative K/D's, I've been sticking with the good ol' Gnasher...
No, I just have a sense of humour.
It's a matter of opinion at the end of the day. I watch that and feel they are trying too hard, whilst others will be laughing hysterically.
Being a regular listener to Steven Merchants Podcasts with Ricky Gervais and Karl Pilkington, I can safely say, he didn't feel right playing Wheatley, you can tell in his voice. Theres a somewhat lack of emphasis and character. He puts more into his voice work for Barclays Bank advertisements. I just couldn't laugh after hearing himself so ful of character in the hilarious podcasts...
I have this lingering feeling that Sledgehammer Games' desire to create a bug free Call of Duty is impossible. But to be entirely honest, I don't care. The COD Franchise died after 4...
I sure hope so...
Here's an example of an EDGE Magazine article on Max Payne 3, notice the background pattern, also the seperate components to deal with actors and what not...

The prospect of more to come in the final retail version is immense. The brilliant campaign, of which its story is penned by the excelent Karen Traviss, the new Beast Mode, Horde 2.0 (mentioned briefly by Rhod) and all our favourite classic modes returning, such as Wingman, Execution & Warzone. Epic are spoiling us.
I've unlocked all the (as of yet) retail skins, (Flaming Hammerburst, Flaming Lancer, Thrashball Cole and Golden Retro Lancer) but I can't wait for ...
Thank You, I would have implemented even more detail if not for the character limit. Unfortunately it will not. However, I would urge anyone who is unsure to take the risk. It is simply a stunning, brilliantly polished and balanced multiplayer. Epic have learnt a lot over the years, and that experience has resulted in this tremendous game. You won't regret it, and I'm not just saying this as a Gears of War Obsessive, I'm saying this as a gamer...
"No Russian" had the player walking alongside Makarov, with no choice but to watch (or participate) as he mow's down civilians in an Airport, (a location of which many of us can relate to being in) as if he was to fire at them, he would be killed. In Modern Warfare 2, Infinity Ward weren't afraid to kill off playable characters and characters we'd become attached to and admired. It was a story of betrayal throughout. If you consider that beneath "decent", fine,...
